Sarah and Yoga Therapy

Sarah began practicing yoga in 2014 as a means of rehabilitating muscular imbalances from performing violin and coping with performance anxiety. While Sarah reaped many physical benefits from yoga, she discovered balance and clarity in her musical career and life as well. In hopes of learning more and sharing the experience of yoga, Sarah received her 200 hour yoga certification from the Miami Life Center in 2016. While in Miami, Sarah studied ashtanga yoga in the tradition of Sri Pattabhi Jois. Upon completion of the program, Sarah began studying the therapeutic application of yoga. After being a client of yoga therapy herself since 2016, Sarah is currently training to become a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT).
